Core Roasters' Roastery & Cafe is located at
14 Barkly Street, Brunswick East VIC 3057.
We are a sustainable coffee roastery/microbakery/chocolate factory/tea importer/amusement park
- though we’d prefer it to be known as a coffefferie & croissantararium, please,
because while we take what we do very seriously, we also like to have fun and enjoy it.
Everything that we can do ourselves, we do with our small team.
We import and roast our own coffee.
We import our own cacao, roast it, and make all of our own chocolate from scratch.
We bake all of our pastries from scratch, and fill them with ingredients that we transform to highlight flavour, culture & nostalgia.
We change our pastry menu weekly, based on seasonal ingredient availability,
and what our one-woman pastry team can make.

Our trading hours are as follows:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 7am - 3pm
Thursday - 7am - 3pm
Friday - 7am - 3pm
Saturday - 8am-3pm
Sunday - 8am - 3pm
We are closed every Monday & Tuesday, and on all Public Holidays.
We will be also closed from Monday 20th October 2025 until Friday 31st October 2025,
to exhibit at the Lujiazui Coffee Festival in Shanghai.
We will reopen as normal from
8am, Saturday 1st November 2025.
