How long does my coffee last from the time I purchase it?
Optimal drinking time is within 21 days of the roast date. We encourage you to enjoy your coffee within this time, but if you will be keeping it longer, please decant it from the box and into an airtight container. Keep stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Remember, our box is 100% recyclable, so please dispose of it thoughtfully. Click here to read more about our recyclable box.
Is your coffee Fair Trade?
Our coffee does not carry the fair trade certification. We work tirelessly to make sure we are buying from reputable sources, and paying the best prices for the coffee we share with you. We partner with exporters and importers who share our values of treating people with respect and fairness.

Is your coffee organic?
We select coffees based on a variety of criteria. We aim to keep our environmental impact to a minimum, going all the way back to the farms. While not all of our coffees are organic, you can rest assured that we've done all we can to make sure that from the plant, to your cup, our coffees are working hard to have a positive environmental and social impact.

shipping policy
Shipping within Australia
We ship within Australia with Ship Station utilising Australia Post & other couriers, with the best rates and speed calculated at checkout.
For standard shipping within Australia, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
For express shipping within Australia, you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
Free pickup is available in Melbourne CBD at Bakemono Bakers. We require 24 hours to organise your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
We've chosen to ship with Australia Post as they are carbon neutral through the purchasing of carbon credits, and contribution to carbon offset projects. We use Australia Post cardboard boxes as they are locally made and contain recycled material in their make-up. The boxes also carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo meaning they’re sourced from sustainably managed forests.
*Please note deliveries to WA and NT may take an additional 2-4 business days. These are estimates only, and we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.
International Shipping
We use Auspost for international web orders below 2kg. If you are looking to order more than 2kg please get in touch so that we can arrange more appropriate shipping. Delivery times are dependent on the chosen service, customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders. Please note, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.
For international shipping, rates will be calculated at checkout. If there is a big discrepancy, we will be in touch to organise payment. Delivery times may vary due to shipping method and other variables out of our control. For large or recurring international orders, please get in touch.
Tracking
Where possible, all postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
We'd hate for you to miss out, so if your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of ordering contact us at

environmentally conscious packaging
We really are conscious of the amount and type of packaging we use, and have made efforts to minimise our environmental impact. We've chosen to ship with Australia Post as they are carbon neutral through the purchasing of carbon credits, and contribution to carbon offset projects.
Re-using & recycling is very important to us. From time to time we may re-use boxes we have here at the roastery to ship larger orders. We use Australia Post cardboard boxes to ship as they are locally made and contain recycled material in their make-up. The boxes also carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo meaning they’re sourced from sustainably managed forests.
We recycle all newspaper, cardboard packaging & plastics in an effort to do our bit for the environment. The paper we pack with is 100% recycled and can, like our boxes go into your curbside recycling bin.
Our box liners used for ground coffee and international orders are 100% compostable at home or commercially. They are made from a biodegradable polymer resin which begins to degrade in 3 months.
Our coffee boxes are made from 100% recycled paper stock, printed with veggie based inks and are 100% recyclable. All you have to do is enjoy your coffee, and then place the box in your curbside recycling bin. Click here to read more!

We work hard to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases from Core Roasters, so we have a 14 day return policy in case something goes wrong. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site, please contact us to discuss your options for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Within Australia
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. We dispatch all orders within 2 days of receipt of your order and, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 5 days of the postage date. Outside of Australia
All international orders will be dispatched within 2 days of the order being placed. All efforts will be made to make sure you are receiving the fastest and most economical shipping. We, however, cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs, shipping, and local services at your location. If you have provided a valid email address you will receive tracking when your order is dispatched, please use this information to track your order. 3. Customer Service
Along with the best products, we are committed to providing the best service so that you can make the most of your purchase. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We pack and ship all orders within two business days of your order being placed; should a product be out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss a backorder, or refund.
Subscriptions
If you signed up for an ongoing subscription you will be charged every month on the anniversary of your purchase until you choose to cancel. Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing us or by logging into your account. Please note we require 5 working days notice to cancel your subscription if we are advised via email. If you have further questions about your subscription please get in touch.
