Who you are:

Someone driven, with a desire to learn, build relationships, and improve things for those around them. Obviously you need to be able to make coffee, but you also need to be self-motivated, observant, and have initiative. You need to want to keep on top of the little details that matter. Most of all, you need a calm personality, to communicate effectively, and be someone who can fit into our peaceful space and switch on when it’s busy.

The boring shit: 

This role is full-time, Wednesday to Sunday, with the same roster every week to provide you with stability. You will be working on our coffee bar, patting dogs, looking after our community of customers. Full working rights, and fluent communication in English are required.
