A blend of two fully washed coffees for your drinking pleasure.
Maintaining our tradition of offering you something sweet, and full of fruit, without sacrificing and richness and body that we all love from espresso.
This blend is made to punch above its weight. It’s bright and expressive as a black coffee with some juicy fruit highlights, but still has the rich texture that you should get from an espresso.
With milk you are in for a proper treat. Silky smooth, sweet, layers of caramels and brown sugar, tropical fruit, chocolate ice cream, and waffles.
It’ll put a smile on your face on the gloomiest Monday morning (and every other morning too!)
BREWING SUGGESTIONS
Our blend is roasted for maximum solubility and flavour, and to make it (hopefully) super easy to brew:
We recommend a 1:2.2 ratio, with a quicker than usual shot time to maximise flow, and to give you a sweet, rich, flavourful espresso.

- 40g yield
- 25 seconds
From here we will tweak things to get the flavours to highlight things we like. Use this as your starting point and go wild!
Note: some domestic espresso machines can’t use a 18g dose. Please always follow your manufacturers instructions to avoid damaging your equipment.
